Just finished going through the Archery mastery and if that's indicative of the other masteries, then these masteries are substantially more powerful than the regular game masteries. So far I have just been moving up Core Dweller and the basic flame buffs on my weapon. I was asking if there were any recomendations. What skills are you going to take from Fire? I've been getting sort of bored with regular TQ lately, so maybe this'll be a good refresher. Note, don't put anything in Arcane Blast for the Lich, he'll end up spamming it at the expense of doing anything remotely useful. Spirit-wise, Ternion, Dark Covenant Tree & Lich are great. Spirit would be another solid option for secondary masteries, and Dream works great with anything. All of the above help immensely with that. Your biggest worry as a caster are archers, as they can hit for ridiculous amounts of damage later on. I would also use Core Dweller in Earth, and a point in Stone Form can definitely save you at times.

If you do go with Storm, Squall & Wisp are musts in my world. Any recommendations? Should I go with Lightning if I got fire, if I do get them both any recommended skills to boost in either category? I hope you don't mind general Titan Quest discussion in this thread, but I am playing through the game and I got fire as my main skill set and am thinking of getting lightning as my secondary.

In any case, I'm very impressed at how much they've managed to do, not to mention more than a little tempted to try to make my own Masteries mod. It's my guess that the masteries will be horribly unbalanced in the first version, but they should still be fun to mess around with. It's not out yet, but the latest news has it set for a tenative release sometime this week.ĭetails on each of the masteries can be found at the website. So what is this mod of which I link? It's a mod that takes Titan Quest and changes all of the 9 masteries and skills, essentially giving you an entirely new set of character classes and builds to play through the regular game.
